One community a day. That's how we keep your day the same every week. It also means each route fills up.
See if your street has a spot →You're at work. We're in the yard. By the time you're home, the only thing your dog left behind is a happy face.
Monday
Hi Sam, it's Holy Crap. You're all set. Your yard day is Thursday.
Thursday 10:58 AM
Yard's done. Bagged, tied, and in your green cart. Gate's latched:
Didn't even know you were here 🙌
February 1
Your February bill is ready. A blizzard knocked out Jan 15 and we couldn't make it up, so that week's credited. You didn't have to ask.
Example texts, for illustration.
Anyone can own a scooper. Here's what you get that the one in your garage doesn't.
We scoop one community per day. Tight routes mean we show up on your day, not "sometime this week".
A photo of your latched gate after every single visit. You know the dog is safe before you're home.
We come back to make it up. If we can't, that week comes off your next bill. You don't have to ask.
Leave the gate unlocked or give us the code. The only sign we were there is a clean yard and a text.
We text you your day and your price first. After that, one charge at the start of each month. No surprise fees.
Cancel with one text. No call, no exit interview, no guilt trip. Service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
All of it. At once. We scoop all year, through the snow and every Chinook melt, so spring doesn't start with a scavenger hunt. If weather knocks out your day, we come back to make it up, or the week comes off your bill.

What people wonder before they hand over their backyard.
Sure. It's only five minutes. Every week. Forever. Including the week it's minus 30 and the week you're in Kelowna. Then April melts the snow and shows you every week you skipped, all at once. We're the reason your April is boring.
You're not paying for poop. You're paying to never think about it again. The whole yard walked, every pile bagged into your cart, the gate latched, a photo on your phone, and a credit if we ever miss. Your weekend stays yours.
Love the hustle. Then hockey season starts. Then exams. Then February. We come on the same day every week, snow included, and if we can't make it up, that week comes off your bill.
Your dog is the boss. We're just visiting. We latch the gate on the way out and text you a photo, every single visit, so you know before you get home. Shy, escape artist, licks everyone? Put it in your notes.
Please don't wait around for us. Most people are at work. Leave the gate unlocked or give us the code, and the only sign we were there is a clean yard and a text.
It ends up in the cart either way. The only difference is who carries it there. Everything is bagged and tied before it goes in, same as if you did it yourself, minus the you doing it part.
Then you don't pay for it. If we miss your day, we come back to make it up. If we can't, that week comes off your next bill automatically. You'll never have to chase us for it.
